LEARN HOW TO CREATE "FAKE POPS"

~------------------------------------------------~

Since the invention of pop-up blockers, everyone has been asking how to create pop-ups that can't be blocked. Many of you have probably seen the new generation of pop-ups that don't really open in a new window, but simply float in the window that is already open.

This is really useful if you use pop-ups to do subscriber generation or to provide additional information / support info in pop up windows...

Well, I thought the only way to make them was to buy some expensive software as I haven't been able to find the raw code anywhere, but then a friend turned me on to this great free software that lets you create all sorts of dynamic "Fake Pops".

A FREE WAY TO CONVERT MICROSOFT DOCS TO PDF

Always wanted to make PDF documents but Acrobat seemed out of your price range?

Here is a free online service that does it for you!

Q & A

~------------------------------------------------~

You asked and I have answers!

A.M.Sall, Publisher/Editor of http://health-beauty-wellness.com wrote:

"Hi, Justin How can I make tables with "round corners"? Thanks a lot for your time"

Well, the truth is that all tables with rounded corners are actually first images that are then put into HTML - there is no way that I know of (please let me know if I'm wrong!) that you can round the corner of tables using HTML alone.

So, the first step would be to create the image of a rounded table that you want, and then you cut it into slices - top, bottom, left, right, and the four corners. I have set up a page that you can take a look at (just view the source to see how it is done) to get an idea:

Anonymous asked:

"What web design hosts out there that are good to work with?"

Well, the one I recommend wholeheartedly would be the one I run (I host all of my own sites there!)

With hosting starting at $5.99 per month containing features like self installable forums, chats, web stats analysis, and much more...

Check it out at:

Another Anonymous asked:

"What's the easiest way to cloak email addresses on a website so that spammers cannot harvest it?"

Well, there are a ton of ways to do this, and I am not 100% sure, so I posted my best info at the new HelpingFoot.com forum. Read my thoughts (I provided a link to a great free program that you can download that cloaks links for you - my top resource at the moment) and let me know your thoughts - I'd love to know what else is out there.

Which brings me to...

THE NEW HELPINGFOOT.COM FORUM

~------------------------------------------------~

The old forum that we had up at HelpingFoot was hosted by another service that started serving ads, and I thought it was annoying enough that I went ahead and created a forum on the site.

I hope you guys will sign up and post your biggest questions, but first I was hoping you'd help me figure out what categories you think should be there. I started with HTML design and Graphic design, but I'm sure there are a ton of other things out there that should be added, so I created a topic where you can post your topic ideas and I'll add them into the forum!

Check it out at http://www.helpingfoot.com/forum - you'll have to sign up to create a forum ID, but we will never share your info with anyone...
