Well, you can get a "free" course on CD at:

I say "free" because you have to pay $5 or $6
shipping and handling - still not a bad deal,
though.

OK - this is a bit tricky - there are a ton of
different ways of processing web forms, and almost
all of them are CGI / PERL scripts of some sort.
For example, the one that you filled out to give
me that question is actually powered by a third
party site that processes and stores these
questions for me. You can check out this

If you just want the results of the form emailed
to you, most people use a version of a script
called FormMail. You can get one for free from
our site at:

One thing - this assumes that you are working on
**nix servers - I actually don't have a bunch of
experience with Windows, and the above script
won't work on Windows.

OK - I think that is about all I can cover for
today. I am getting through all of your questions
as fast as I can - I'm not ignoring any of you.
Also, some of you posted questions that are pretty
complex about ecommerce sites, shopping carts, and
more complex scripting, etc. The likelyhood is I
will cover that on a conference call sometime in
the next month, as I would have to write a book to
you through email to cover everything here.
